Privacy Policy

Dungeoneze uses account information to provide secure member access and the services a member chooses to use. That can include a name, email address, login/security records, Fan Stories, private messages, images, recorded audio and recorded video.

Your private member content

Fan Stories and direct messages are private by default. Other members cannot browse them. Ray and authorized Dungeoneze administrators may access them to operate the service, respond to messages, review Fan Stories and enforce the rules of the site.

Media and promotional permission

A Fan Story is not cleared for promotional use unless the member gives that permission for that specific story. The permission choice and the time it was given are stored with the submission. Private messages are not promotional submissions.

Security and storage

Dungeoneze uses WordPress authentication, secure session cookies when HTTPS is active, nonces for sensitive requests and protected storage for private Fan Story and message media. Password reset links are time-limited and are invalidated after a successful reset.

Commerce

If shopping, orders or paid member features are added, the policy will be updated before those features collect payment or order information.
