Dungeoneze uses account information to provide secure member access and the services a member chooses to use. That can include a name, email address, email-verification status, login/security records, Fan Stories, private messages, images, recorded audio and recorded video.
Your private member content
Fan Stories and direct messages are private by default. Other members cannot browse them. Ray Murray and authorized Dungeoneze administrators may access them to operate the service, respond to messages, review Fan Stories and enforce the rules of the site.
Media and promotional permission
A Fan Story is not cleared for promotional use unless the member gives that permission for that specific story. The permission choice and the time it was given are stored with the submission. Private messages are not promotional submissions.
Security and storage
Dungeoneze uses WordPress authentication, secure session cookies when HTTPS is active, nonces for sensitive requests and protected storage for private Fan Story and message media. Password reset links are time-limited and are invalidated after a successful reset.
Commerce
Dungeoneze uses WooCommerce for store, order, customer, refund and download records. When you place an order, WooCommerce stores the commerce information needed to process and service that order. Payments are handled through the payment options enabled for the store, including Stripe when available. Dungeoneze does not store a separate copy of payment transactions.
Inside My Members Page, members can view commerce records connected to their account, including purchases, orders, receipts, downloads, refund requests and qualifying entitlements.
Analytics
Dungeoneze uses first-party analytics to understand site use, free-membership conversion, content engagement, Shop activity and Campaign interest. Analytics stores limited information about visits and actions, such as the page or activity type, referring site, campaign source, device type and account ID for signed-in members. Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored. Store and campaign financial totals come from their payment records, not analytics.
