These Terms govern use of Dungeoneze.com, its public content, account access and private member features.
01 Site & Account Use
Dungeoneze includes public editorial, music, media, events, press and community-facing experiences together with access-controlled member features. Member areas are limited to the authorized account. Members are responsible for keeping login information secure, using the site lawfully and verifying the email address used to activate an account.
02 Content & Submissions
Dungeoneze Fan Stories and private messages are not unsolicited creative-submission channels. Do not send songs, beats, demos, lyrics, treatments, pitches, business ideas or other unsolicited creative material through those areas. Unsolicited material is not accepted for review and may be discarded.
03 Member Conduct
Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access another member’s account or content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
04 Fan Stories & Permissions
Members choose the permission for each Fan Story. Permission to feature or promote a story does not guarantee publication. A private selection keeps the story between the member and authorized Dungeoneze personnel.
05 Platform & Creative Rights
The Dungeoneze platform technology is created and owned by Nova Alaric. Ray Murray retains applicable rights in his name, likeness, creative work and approved content. Rights in third-party music, media and other materials remain with their respective owners.
06 Access Suspension
Account access may be limited or suspended when required to protect the service, another member, Dungeoneze personnel, rights holders or platform security.
